Dr Fathima Risvana is a passionate and proactive Associate Dentist at the Smile Boutique with a strong work ethic who is registered with the Joint Dental Faculty at the Royal College of Surgeons (RCS) England. She is an active member of the RCS’s Faculty of Dental Surgery (FDS) and the College of General Dentistry (CGDENT).
She received her BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree in 2011 and has since worked in both the public and private sectors in the United Kingdom and abroad.
Her positive attitude towards both adults and children, along with her proactive and highly professional demeanor, ensures that all of her patients receive the highest quality treatment during their visits to the practice. While describing each stage of treatment, she believes strongly in educating her patients of all ages and including them in important decision-making. Her calm, compassionate, and empathic working style helps even the most anxious patients and children to calm down easily.
She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry with a keen interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, which involves restoring decayed, damaged, or missing teeth in order to preserve their function. Enjoys helping to restore teeth in the least invasive manner possible, while also ensuring that the teeth appear as natural and aesthetically appealing as possible. Her facial aesthetic experience includes anti wrinkle injections and dermal fillers to contour face and lips.
Currently, she is focusing on developing proficiency in composite bonding, veneers, and smile makeover. She also plans to obtain more advanced training in Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry and will provide patients with alignment solutions in the near future.
In her spare time, she enjoys visiting with loved ones, going on adventures, and trying delicious new foods.
