Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with lnvisalign. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for lnvisalign will be charged at an additional cost.
The discount will be applied when the final payment is made following the completion of the full lnvisalign. The offer will not apply to appointments booked for an initial consultation only. Appointments are subject to availability and are with Dr Fathima Risvana Raees only. In the event that the treatment is paid for upfront in full the discount will be applied at the point of payment.
For all treatments which are not paid for upfront in full the discount will be applied when the final payment is made. Payments are subject to the standard practice policy which is available upon request. The lnvisalign discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments.
All sales are final. In the event that Dr Risvana Raees is unavailable for any appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, The Smile Boutique will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. The lnvisalign discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The Smile Boutique will exercise reasonable care to ensure that the treatment provided is safe and effective. However, The Smile Boutique cannot guarantee that the treatment will be free from all risks. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues; we encourage you to contact The Smile Boutique immediately so that we can address your concerns. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights, including any claims for personal injury that may arise due to negligence.

Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from The Smile Boutique’s negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only.
The Smile Boutique can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or partprovision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
Boutique Whitening Home Full Kit offer
Terms and conditions
The cost of £349 applies to the Boutique Whitening full kit – 4 x 3ml, at home teeth-whitening treatment and does not apply to any other whitening products available at the practice. Cost includes an initial consultation, custom-made whitening trays, whitening gel and a post-treatment appointment. Teeth whitening treatment is for over 18s only and patients must be dentally fit with a recent dental health check-up. Any dental health check-up and/or treatment required to make a patient dentally fit will be charged at an additional cost. Please note that the practice accepts no liability on behalf of the treating clinician and acts strictly as a liaison between the patient and the treating clinician only. The practice reserves the right to withdraw or change this product at this price from time to time. Full details available in practice.
